EFT Tapping Script for Brand Confidence

Does Anyone CARE About Your Story, Anyway?

Putting yourself out there in your brand can feel like standing on the edge of a stage with your heart racing, palms sweaty, and that voice in your head whispering, “Who actually cares about this?”

Your audience does want to hear your story, but more than likely, you have some old beliefs that can get in the way. That’s where a simple EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping routine can help. Think of it as your “brand warm-up,” a quick way to calm your body and shift your mindset before sharing your voice in new ways.

Why EFT Works

EFT combines gentle tapping on specific meridian points with affirmations or statements that help release limiting beliefs. It’s like a mini-reset for your nervous system and mindset. When you use it before creating content or telling your story, you can move past fear, self-doubt, and the “I’m not enough” loops that hold you back.

Simple EFT Tapping Script for Expanding Your Story

Step 1: Identify the feeling
Notice what comes up when you think about sharing your story. Is it fear, anxiety, shame, or self-doubt? Name it: “I feel nervous about sharing my story.”

Step 2: Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point)
Tap the side of your hand while saying three times:
"Even though I feel nervous about sharing my story, I deeply and completely accept myself and my experience."

Step 3: Tapping Sequence (8 Points)
Tap gently on each point 5–7 times while saying the reminder phrase:

  1. Eyebrow: “This nervousness about being seen.”

  2. Side of Eye: “I’m worried no one will care.”

  3. Under Eye: “This fear that my story isn’t enough.”

  4. Under Nose: “I choose to let this self-doubt go.”

  5. Chin Point: “I’m allowed to be heard.”

  6. Collarbone: “It’s safe for me to share my story.”

  7. Under Arm: “I trust that the right people want to hear this.”

  8. Top of Head: “I expand into confidence and clarity in my brand.”

Step 4: Take a Deep Breath
Exhale slowly. Notice any shift in your body or thoughts. Repeat the sequence if needed.

How to Use This in Your Brand

Do this tapping routine before writing posts, recording videos, or sending emails. Even two minutes can calm your nervous system, clear subconscious resistance, and help you show up authentically. Over time, it trains your mind to associate visibility with safety instead of stress.

Showing up in your brand isn’t just about strategy. It’s about your nervous system, your beliefs, and your willingness to trust that people do want to hear your story. EFT tapping is a small, repeatable tool that keeps you grounded and confident while you expand into your voice.

Try this before your next post or video. Tap, breathe, and let your story reach the people it’s meant for.
