Someone finally put it into words.
The reason marketing feels nearly impossible when the world is falling apart around you and everyone else is somehow content with their lives inside their office while you’re contemplating your entire life’s direction isn’t random, and you’re not broken.
You’re in the middle of an identity shift. You’ve outgrown a past version of you that worked for a long time, and built you a thriving career. But it doesn’t feel like thriving anymore.
This podcast is the place where everything you’ve been feeling about your brand, business, career, and about yourself suddenly finds the right words and you think “oh, finally someone is talking about this.” Every episode is breath of fresh air as high-capacity women peel back the layers and say hello to their true selves again.
BRANDING
your experiences
MARKETING
Your perspective
BECOMING
your authenic self
You can breathe again: it’s not a podcast about doing more…
It’s a podcast about becoming more honest.
Every episode is a conversation about identity, visibility, and the moment you realize your old definitions of success aren’t big enough anymore, and how to move through the process of becoming so you can keep building what matters most to you. Every solo episode and interview are really about the internal shifts that have to happen before the external ones make sense.
Meet yOur host
Jess is a personal brand coach for high-capacity women who are sick of playing along with outdated expectations.
She works with women who’ve spent years building credibility, careers, and competence, only to realize the woman they became to create that trajectory isn’t one they want to be anymore. Her work sits at the intersection of personal identity, brand visibility, and creative self-expression, helping women step out from behind titles, polish, and expectations into a new era that actually feels like them.
Through private brand coaching, somatic group experiences, and long-form conversations like this podcast, Jess creates space for the parts of women that they were never rewarded for but that never went away. She brings a grounded, straight-forward approach shaped by her own lived experience, deep inner work, and a refusal to treat authenticity like a flimsy marketing tactic. She loves asking women, “What if, instead of reinventing yourself from scratch, we took the time to meet the woman you’ve been becoming all along, and see what she has to say?”

I’m a sucker for Shameless. I mean, “the pop culture podcast for smart people who love dumb stuff”? I wish I had been the one to come up with that tagline.
